How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your luci skin products. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
What’s your return policy?
We will accept returns on products within 14 days from delivery date. To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 14 day timeframe, please reach out to email@example.com.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll be sure to get you the right order.
What happens if my product is damaged?
For damaged items they must be reported to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
Please note, we are not responsible for orders once they leave our warehouse. We provide tracking numbers for all orders, any delivery issues (including but not limited to stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages) should be addressed to the shipping service used for that order.
