We will accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days from delivery date. You must notify us at email@example.com with your order number. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Credit card refunds usually takes 5-10 business days. Shipping costs on either end are not refunded.
Due to health and hygiene considerations, all opened and used items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have a particular allergy or sensitivity you are concerned about, please email us before placing an order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: For damaged items they must be reported to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund. luci skin products purchased through any other retail or online location cannot be returned through luciskin.com.
We are not responsible for orders once they leave our warehouse. We provide tracking numbers for all orders, any delivery issues (including but not limited to stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages) should be addressed to the shipping service used for that order.
